Natasha Mackow is a strategic and insightful business leader and creative problem solver with an often-unique perspective and a bias to action. For the past 10+ years, she has been at the heart of brand and communications for some of Canada’s most recognized companies. Prior to joining the PADULO X team, Natasha was the Director of Brand and Marketing Communications for The Second Cup. During her tenure there, she rebuilt relationships with over 300 franchisees and was a key stakeholder in the brand’s redesign and repositioning in the Canadian marketplace.

Rich Padulo is passionate about all aspects of marketing and is driven to create remarkable brand experiences – whether it’s through corporate events, product launches, pop-up shops or capturing data and generating leads, as the President of PADULO X, Rich’s goal is to create experiential marketing that makes people happy. In the past 17 years, Rich has obtained extensive experience in brand and retail advertising for traditional and experiential marketing. From financial services to not-for-profit, he has worked with brands such as Hasbro, Allstate, Mercedes-Benz, smart, The Home Depot, Sephora, Ford & President’s Choice Financial.

For the past 14 years, Pat has conceived and executed compelling campaigns for clients across all mediums. Be it T.V., digital, print, radio, or experiential, Pat is always on a quest for the great idea and when he cracks it, he may just pull out a guitar and sing it to you. Some of the clients he has sung for include Partnership for a Drug Free Canada, Mercedes-Benz, smart, Caesars, Casino Rama, Sears, KPMG and Mount Sinai Hospital. Pat is a versatile and conceptual thinker to whom clients always seem to say “yes”. Because, in truth, nobody can say no to a singing Zamboni driver.
